ABOUT CAPTAIN TOMMY
Captain Tommy is native to the Carolinas and has been fishing the back creeks of Murrells inlet since he was 15. Tommy was born outside of Charlotte, NC, where he got his first taste of loving the outdoors learning to hunt. It was only a natural progression to pick up saltwater fishing after moving to Murrells Inlet at the age of 15. One taste of saltwater fishing and tommy was hooked, he’s been actively fishing in Murrells Inlet ever since. Tommy started his career mating for captains on various boats. His passion for fishing lead him him to get certified as a Scuba Diver to explore a new way of catching fish, which lead him to a hobby in spearfishing. After getting his Captain’s license with the US Coast Guard, to pursue a career in the Marine industry, He put his passion for fishing and working on a boat into a charter fishing career. Tommy has a STCW certification (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) a safety certification given by the Coast Guard. Tommy assists in the transport of 40 to 100 foot vessels up and down the east coast and into the Bahamas during the winter months. Captain Tommy Has been a charter fisherman in murrells inlet for 3 years. After getting his start running two different vessles he decided to venture out and start his own buisness, Outlaw Fishing Charters. Captain Tommy always strives to put his group on fish and isn’t afraid to try new things! When you step aboard the OUTLAW you will get an energetic and adventurous fishing trip.
